  A classic, by the master of blues, great on a lazy afternoon, with emails to answer. Gives you rythm in typing.
  2 oz dry gin
  1/2 lime
  1 ice cube
  fill quinine waterIn a 12 ounce Tom Collins glass with ice, pour gin and squeeze juice of lime. Set aside strip of lime peel. Fill glass with tonic and stir. Drop peel in glass.

  2 1/2 cups hot tea
  12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
  2 cups bourbon
  1 cup sugar
  6 cups water Let tea cool, then mix all ingredients together and freeze in a plastic container. When ready to serve, scoop into a glass. Garnish with pineapple chunks or a cherry on a toothpick, or mint.

  1/2 oz Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey
  6 oz coffee Serve in stemmed mug topped with whipped cream.
